We'll also include bits of development news that we think could be handy. This month, we'll talk about the new release team, an update to the installer template for the developers and a lot of new releases from our hard working developers.
This month, discussion and planning for a new release team has been opened and registration of interest for membership is now open. This release team will help to test-drive an application from test versions all the way to the final release, ensuring only the best quality. This team will help to speed up the release process and make releasing new applications much faster for everyone. This month, an update was released to the PortableApps.com Installer Template that fixes a bug that developers may have been hitting. It is crucial that all developers update their installers as soon as possible regardless of if you hit this bug yet or not. http://portableapps.com/node/14939
